I like it….

We used this for our Thanksgiving breakfast. It kept the food warm and didn’t take up too much space on my island. Very easy it use. It also rolls up to fit inside its own bag that can be easily stored in a drawer or under a cabinet.

Solid built. High quality

We have a nice backyard by the lake. So we usually cook and eat outside but sometime in the winter the weather kinda cold and food get cold so fast. This is what we need to do the job to warm up and keep the food warm all the time. The quality of this mat is very nice. Solid build and easy to clean.

Nice warming mat with a lot of potential uses

We keep it cold in our house (around mid 60s) during colder months, so when we have a bigger meal to prepare, we have issues keeping everything at a nice eating temperature. Saw this as a solution and picked it up.This mat comes in a box with a store away bag for the heating mat. The heating mat rolls up and can be stored in the bag with a thin charging cable.First thing I noticed when opening, it does have a "new mat" smell to it. Had to lay it flat and air it out for a hour or so it didn't smell plasticky anymore.I plugged it in and set it on the kitchen counter, not sure what to expect. Started low (40C) and it didn't seem like it was going to do much given it was warming the bottom and my food was losing heat everywhere else. So then I just cranked it up to 80C and that seemed like it was going to do something. I'd recommend at least that setting unless you're trying to have a dish at a lukewarm temperature.I tested this out with a thin plate, thick plate, and two glass Tupperware containers. Overall, it did a decent job keeping everything warm. The one test I did was nuking some Mac and Cheese until it was 170F. It sat on the mat and was at 140F 20 minutes later which was perfect. I could see really large bowls being an issue since this is just conductive heating. If you have any metal dishes or plates, those would work well to conduct the heat.I did have a safety concern, but even at 80C, you could briefly touch the mat without any issue. The mat certainly gets hot, but it doesn't have that much heat capacity (like safely putting your hand in 450 F oven air vs scalding your hands in 200 F water).Features -4 temp settings - 40C/104F, 60C/140F, 80C/176F, 100C/212F3 timer settings - 1, 3, and 5 hour auto-shutoffOther comments -I wouldn't expect to be able to hear anything up on this. It's meant to keep things warm.I could see this being super useful to thaw things. I use a metal bowl with water to thaw packaged pouches or bottled liquids - this on the bottom would help a lot.Another use I could see would be any kind of yeast risen recipe. It's a bit on the hot side at 40C, so it might require some buffer between the bowl and the mat.Overall, looks great and works well. Looking forward to trying it out for other things.
