I’ve been buying pre-boiled eggs for years because I HATE peeling eggs. They always end up butchered! I bought this as a gift exchange gift but decided to do something different. I figure, it’s worth a shot to try this before I just return it.I cooked 12 eggs and not one was hard to peel!! This worked LIKE A CHARM! Definitely keeping it AND will use it often!
This made perfect hard boiled eggs. I was a bit freaked out when I heard the chime when my cycle was complete. It’s kind of loud and was afraid my neighbor could hear it through our thin shared wall. ;) Excited to try the other ways of cooking eggs with this.
So I’ve only used this once, but I have an older version with only one level and used it all the time for the past 10 years or so that I’ve had it. I decided I deserved an upgrade, especially since a couple recipes I make call for poached eggs and this one allows me to make four (or more) at a time instead of just two. Today I just hard boiled four eggs and they came out perfectly but the most exciting thing was when the unit beeped to let me know they were done! It took us a second to even figure out where it was coming from. I cannot wait to use it for more things. And I love the red!
